Earlier this month I had the pleasure of undertaking the official opening of the new West End Boys Amateur Boxing Club, based at Dundee West Church (see http://tinyurl.com/westendabc) - its great to have another sporting group active in the West End.
The boxing club has now produced a training video and asked if I'd put it on www.dundeewestend.com - so here it is!
