"Communities staff are keen to start the process of identifying interest in developing an organisation to deliver evening learning opportunities from the fantastic new Harris facility when it opens in 2016.
You may well recall the Harris Education and Recreation Association (HERA) that disbanded when Harris closed for rebuild but over the years delivered all sorts of classes from yoga and ballroom dancing to floral art, guitar lessons and Gaelic for beginners. Similar organisations continue, with great success, at Grove in Broughty Ferry ward and at Morgan in Maryfield ward.
