In June of last year, and again in November, we raised with Royal Mail concerns about gaps in delivery and late delivery of mail in parts of the West End - initially the area around Pitfour Street and later around Forest Park Road.
This month, we have received similar concerns from residents about irregular/no delivery of post in Ancrum Drive and concerns that there may be no regular postal delivery worker for this round.
We raised this with the Public Affairs Team at Royal Mail HQ who advise that it is "looking in to this as a matter of urgency and will be back in contact shortly with an update."
