THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
THE DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL AS TRAFFIC AUTHORITY being satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited by reason of lining and jointing works being carried out HEREBY PROHIBIT the driving of any vehicle in Blackness Road , Dundee.
The works will be carried out in two separate phases.
Phase 1 – Balgay Road to Glenagnes Road
Phase 2 – Glenagnes Road to Peddie Street
This notice comes into effect on Monday 13th October 2025 for five working days.
Pedestrian thoroughfare will be maintained.
Vehicular access for residents will be maintained where possible.
Diversions are available via
Phase 1 - Balgay Road / Blackness Avenue / Hyndford Street
Phase 2 – Blackness Road / Seymour Street / Blackness Avenue / Abbotsford Place/ Peddie Street
