This morning, I attended the funeral of Jessie Gault, a much respected long standing resident of Abbotsford Street and committee member of Blackness Area Residents' Association. Jessie was a really lovely lady and will be sadly missed.
It was a very productive meeting and it is good to hear about the effective co-operation between the police and the procurator fiscal's office on crimes of concern to local residents.
This afternoon, I met with John Logue, Area Procurator Fiscal for Tayside, and Chief Superintendent Gavin Robertson from Tayside Police about vandalism issues.
