Last night, after my ward surgery at Blackness Primary School, I attended the latest West End Local Community Planning Partnership (LCPP) meeting at Blackness Library.
The LCPP meeting is a good opportunity for representatives from different council departments, West End councillors and representatives from other organisations like the NHS, police and fire and rescue to discuss local issues and matters of concern and, last night, we had a presentation on the proposals to improve the road, pavements, crossings and access at Riverside Drive.
We also had a good discussion on several West End issues.
