Michael is pictured on the south pavement of Perth Road where we have received residents' complaints about the poor condition of the footpath which has been repeatedly patched and is very uneven.
As one resident put it :
"I have noticed considerable deterioration along this stretch.
This is a narrow footpath which is extremely uneven and badly patched.
When it rains the whole stretch becomes a massive puddle."
We have taken this up with the council's Roads Maintenance Partnership requesting an improved pavement surface here.
