Last night, I was minute-taker at the latest Friends of Magdalen Green committee meeting.
A representative from the City Council's Environment Department attended and we had a productive discussion about issues on and around the Green, including grass cutting, parking, bins and use of the notice boards.
We also had a representative from the University of Dundee's School of Engineering, Physics and Mathematics speak with the committee about progressing a sustainable lighting project on one of the unlit paths on the Green.
We also discussed the new Friends of Magdalen Green membership leaflet, amongst other matters.
